A small office or shop front should only take 1 day but if your commercial space is large then it could take multiple days.

How does the process of getting new carpet & flooring work?
- Firstly, our customers need to decide on a product that suits there needs. This can be done by visiting our showroom, finding a product online or an on-site appointment.
- From there we measure the space and work out how many lineal or square meters you need. This process can take a few minutes or up to an hour depending on the complexity of the job. One of our team will run through the ins and outs of the job process onsite if possible and answer any questions you may have regarding the process.
- We then draw up a plan for your job to work out exactly how your job will be installed and how much product you require.
- Up next is getting a quote to you. We try to get our quotes to within the agreed time limit. If there is any delay for any reason, we will be in touch and give you a time you should receive by.
- If you accept our quote, we will send out a deposit invoice with our standard 40% deposit details included. Once the deposit has been paid, we will order the flooring and book in an installation date that suits you.
- The day before installation we will call you and confirm that everything is on schedule.
- The installation process will take place in the allotted time frame and will be sent an invoice for the balance. Once you are happy with the final result you can finalise the payment and enjoy your new flooring!
- If there are any issues of any kind, we encourage you to let us know asap so we can get the problem rectified in a timely manner
Do you do new builds as well?
Yes we definitely do new builds. They are just like any other installation process but without the removal of old flooring or moving or your furniture.
Where can I see your range of carpet/flooring?
You can come to our showroom Monday to Friday between 8am – 3pm to see everything we have to offer. We do appointments outside of these hours but you will have to ring and check for availability.
We also do in-home/office appointments but have a limited range of samples on offer as our range is big but there is only so much we can take out of the showroom at one time.
Can you get a brand or type of flooring I’ve seen elsewhere? e.g. from Carpet Call or Harvey Norman?
We can get a wide variety of flooring types from different manufacturers but most of the bigger flooring chains have exclusive products and flooring styles that we can not supply or install. We will generally have something to offer you that is like for like or similar to the style, colour and type of flooring you require. If you have a product in mind we are happy to research it to find out what it’s like and offer you selections that will be suitable and close.
